The holidays are painted as the season of joy, togetherness, and picture-perfect family gatherings. But for many, the festive season also stirs up tension, old patterns, and complicated emotions.
In this intimate Talking Taboos circle, we’ll open up about the unspoken side of family life during the holidays – the pressures, expectations, and tricky dynamics we don’t often admit to. Whether it’s navigating boundaries, handling difficult conversations, or simply feeling overwhelmed, this is a safe space to share stories, insights, and support.
Because there’s power in knowing you’re not the only one going through it – and sometimes the most meaningful gift is being truly heard.
WHAT TO EXPECT
– Honest, supportive conversation in a small group setting
– Space to share your own stories or simply listen
– Gentle prompts to spark reflection and connection
– A chance to walk away feeling lighter, understood, and less alone
We’ll gather from 7:00pm and stay for around an hour (or longer if the conversation flows). You’re welcome to order food or drinks as you wish
