Talking Taboos About Loneliness
This ongoing series opens up the conversations women are so often told to keep quiet — the tender topics, the tricky ones, the things we don’t always know how to talk about. Each session explores a different theme, sometimes with special guests, always in a warm, safe, and open environment.
Expect honesty, connection, shared stories, a few laughs, maybe a tear or two — and the comfort of realising you’re never the only one.
ABOUT THE EVENT
Feeling lonely or a little disconnected lately?
You’re not the only one — and this session is a gentle space to talk about it openly. Loneliness can show up in so many ways: feeling isolated, struggling to connect, or simply wishing your relationships felt deeper or more meaningful. Whatever your experience, you’re welcome here.
Together, we’ll share stories, explore how loneliness affects our wellbeing, and talk about ways to build stronger, more nourishing connections. Through honest conversation and a compassionate atmosphere, we’ll find comfort in the fact that so many of us have felt this way — and discover supportive, practical steps for moving forward with more clarity and belonging.
