We’re not doing your typical trip to the local cinema—this July, we’re taking movie night to the rooftops! For our next Film Club outing, we’re heading to Roof East in Stratford, where open-air views and summer vibes add a little extra magic to the movie experience.
ABOUT THE FILM
Mia, an aspiring actress, serves lattes to movie stars in between auditions and Sebastian, a jazz musician, scrapes by playing cocktail party gigs in dingy bars, but as success mounts, they are faced with decisions that begin to fray the fragile fabric of their love affair, and the dreams they worked so hard to maintain in each other threaten to rip them apart.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll meet at the entrance of Roof East at 5:45 pm so we can head in together and get settled before the film starts at 6:00 pm. We’ve booked premium seats, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the film in comfort—with great views and that unbeatable rooftop atmosphere. Snacks and drinks are available on-site if you fancy a little treat!
