With over 12 years of experience working as a Stylist and Designer in the commercial and advertising industries, I’ve spent my career helping individuals feel confident in how they express themselves. Working one-on-one with a wide variety of clients—from public figures to creatives and professionals—I developed a deep understanding of how personal presentation is intrinsically linked to confidence and self-worth.
This natural connection led me to become an NLP Practitioner and certified coach, shifting my focus from purely external transformation to the internal mindset work that creates lasting change. For the past two years, I’ve been supporting clients as a coach—guiding them through moments of transition, self-doubt, and growth with a personalised, holistic approach.
I care deeply about helping people harness their full potential. My work now centres around building emotional resilience, reducing anxiety, and shifting limiting beliefs through tailored techniques and strategies.
Together, we’ll create clarity and momentum, helping you move forward with confidence, ease, and purpose.
This evening is an invitation to slow down and reconnect – with yourself and with others. Centred around the theme “The Quiet Power of Self-Belief”, we’ll explore what confidence can feel like when it’s rooted in calm, clarity, and inner alignment. Through reflection, gentle mindset shifts, and open conversation, we’ll hold space for a grounded and inspiring evening that invites insight without the overwhelm.
Whether you’re navigating change, craving more confidence, or simply seeking meaningful connection, this night is for you.
Doors open at 6:30pm, and we’ll begin with a short talk around 6:45/7pm. Polly will guide us through a reflective session, touching on confidence barriers, mindset shifts, and a powerful visualisation to connect with your grounded, confident self. The talk and reflection will last around 20–25 minutes, after which we’ll move into a relaxed dinner and open conversation. Food will be sharing style so we can ease into the evening without interruption. We have our own private space, so expect a warm, intimate setting, soulful chats, and the kind of calm connection that lingers long after the night ends.
Set in the warm and elegant surrounds of Meraki in Fitzrovia, this intimate evening will take place in The Living Room – a beautifully designed private space that blends comfort with understated luxury. Known as a luxe greek restaurant for its refined Mediterranean dishes and inviting atmosphere, Meraki provides the perfect setting for a reflective dinner gathering. We’ll be enjoying a sharing-style set menu, allowing you to sample a variety of their signature dishes – an experience made for slow conversation and connection.
