One of the highlights of the British summer social season, Royal Ascot is an event like no other – and we would love for you to be part of it!
On Thursday, 19th June 2025, we’ll be heading to the races, so get ready to dress to impress in your finest fascinator or hat.
You have two options for the day:
- Queen Anne Enclosure Ticket – Enjoy the buzz and excitement of the event from the heart of the action.
- Upgrade to the Terrace Club – For an elevated experience with access to a relaxed space with food offering, seating and a perfect view of the races.
Whichever option you choose, it’s sure to be a day of elegance, fun, and unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to share this amazing experience with you!
The Benefits of the Terrace Club
Access to The Terrace Club for the day
Queen Anne Enclosure admission ticket
Mediterranean street food (served until 30 minutes after the last race)
Private bar (drinks at an additional cost)

After-party until 8.30pm
We highly recommend the upgrade, as it’s a long and incredibly busy day, and seating is not usually available in the enclosure. The Terrace Club also offers private toilets and betting facilities, making the day much more comfortable and enjoyable.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We will meet in the morning at 9am at Waterloo. Our Merit Club host will travel with you to Ascot where we can enjoy the day from within Queen Anne Enclosure. The cost of transfers is included in your ticket. However if you wish to stay on later than the group, you are welcome to party on in to the evening!
Important booking info:
Investment: £198, includes access to Queen Anne Enclosure & private transfer to and from Ascot. If you would like to upgrade to the Terrace Club please reserve the corresponding ticket and we will see if we can secure this for you. If we are unable, we will either refund you entirely or enrol you to the other ticket.
All ticket sales are final, unless you can find another member to take your place
