Italian Wine Tasting at Agrodolce
We’re bringing a taste of Italy to London with a beautifully curated Wine Tasting Experience designed for connection, flavour and a touch of indulgence.
Hosted in a cosy semi-private dining area, this evening is all about savouring the moment — and the wine. Together, we’ll explore six exceptional Italian wines, from crisp whites to bold reds, guided by tasting notes and easy conversation. Whether you’re a seasoned wine lover or simply curious to learn more, this is a relaxed and welcoming way to try something new in great company.
Accompanied by a generous spread of seasonal aperitivo plates and artisanal pizzas, it’s the kind of evening made for unhurried chats, laughter, and the joy of discovering new favourites — both on the table and among each other.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll be meeting at the venue just before 6:00pm, where a semi-private table will be waiting for us. The wine tasting experience will begin promptly at 6:00pm and run for about an hour, featuring a flight of six Italian wines (three white and three red), served with:
Aperitivo to share (think artichokes, bruschetta, fried delicacies and more)
A delicious selection of pizzas (including Margherita, Salame & Reggiano, and Burrata & Mortadella)
The tasting will be informal, flavourful, and full of interesting pairings — perfect for a group of curious minds and warm personalities. After the tasting, you’re welcome to stay on and continue the evening with drinks or dessert, or simply enjoy the post-tasting glow and new connections made.
This event is limited in size to keep things intimate, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to chat and get to know the other women around the table.
ABOUT AGRODOLCE
Agrodolce began its journey in the heart of Rome, just steps from the Trevi Fountain, where it quickly became a beloved spot for authentic Roman cuisine. Co-founded by Maria Soldatova, the restaurant is known not only for its handmade pasta and classic Italian dishes, but also for its heartfelt hospitality. Maria’s warm presence is felt throughout the space — from personally welcoming guests to leading hands-on cooking classes in the kitchen. Her passion for creating meaningful food experiences has helped turn Agrodolce into more than just a restaurant; it’s a celebration of Roman tradition, shared over good wine and generous plates.
