We know you loved our aerial yoga class, so we’re back with something just as exciting to help you push your boundaries and try something beautiful!
We’re beyond excited to have the amazing Olga Frankow as our instructor, guiding you through every twist and turn. This class is all about stretching, strengthening, and having fun in a totally new way. And if it’s your first time, don’t worry – this class is beginner-friendly and perfect for everyone!
Come join us and experience the magic of aerial hoop!
Our session kicks off at 2pm, so be sure to arrive a little earlier if you need to change. Olga will be there to welcome you and help you get settled.
Aerial hoop is a dynamic and exhilarating workout that combines traditional yoga with the added excitement of performing on a suspended hoop. This unique practice allows you to explore a range of poses and movements that are impossible to achieve on a regular mat. Not only is it great for strengthening and toning the body, but it also nourishes the soul, offering benefits like improved flexibility, balance, and even back decompression through inversion.
Never tried it before? No worries at all! Olga will guide you through everything you need to know, making sure you feel confident while learning some amazing new poses.
Once the 90-minute class is over, we’ll head to a nearby spot to enjoy some juice and unwind together.
