Ready to try something different?
We’re heading to CanaryWall Climbing Centre for a private one-hour coaching session, designed to introduce us to the fundamentals of climbing in a supportive, small-group setting.
Climbing is such a brilliant confidence-builder — it’s physical, yes, but it’s also about focus, problem-solving, and trusting yourself. And doing it together makes it even better.
Whether you’ve never climbed before or just want to improve your basics, this session is about learning something new in a safe, encouraging environment.
Our private coaching session runs from 4:30pm to 5:30pm, where we’ll be guided through the basics by a dedicated instructor.
You’ll learn essential techniques, safety fundamentals, and get hands-on time on the wall with personalised guidance throughout. No prior experience is needed — this session is beginner-friendly and designed to build confidence step by step.
Please wear comfortable activewear and trainers. (Climbing shoes can be hired at the centre if needed.)
After we conquer the walls, we can head somewhere nearby for a post-climb drink — a well-earned moment to relax, laugh about our heroic efforts, and celebrate trying something new together.
Strong, energising, and just a little bit out of our comfort zones — exactly how growth should feel.
