We’re back with another Aerial Yoga event — by popular demand!
You asked, and we listened. We’re returning with our much-loved aerial yoga session, and we’re so excited to have the amazing Olga Frankow guiding us once again.
If you’re ready to stretch, strengthen, and playfully challenge yourself in the silks, this one’s for you. And if it’s your first time? No worries — it’s completely beginner-friendly!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our session kicks off at 3pm, so be sure to arrive a little earlier if you need to change. Olga will be there to welcome you and help you get settled.
Aerial yoga is like traditional yoga, but with the added twist of using a hammock suspended from the ceiling. This allows you to explore a range of poses you can’t typically do on a regular mat. It’s not only great for your body, but also for your soul, offering incredible benefits like back decompression through inversion.
Never tried it before? No worries at all! Olga will guide you through everything you need to know, making sure you feel confident while learning some amazing new poses.
