Florentina joined The Merit Club in March 2021 and quickly fell in love with the events and trips. Sharing a passion for adventure, culture and exploring the map with our travel organisers, she soon jumped at the chance to start hosting experiences for our members. She loves discovering hidden gems, trying new things, and bringing people together. Organised, decisive and brilliantly oriented, she can have fun anywhere — from sea to mountains, spas to clubs, opera to rock and roll, black-tie scallops to jeans and tacos.

Tucked behind an unassuming side door, Fitz’s is all velvet sofas, Victorian curiosities and a shimmering mirrorball, with a creative menu of cocktails that makes it one of Bloomsbury’s most characterful spots.
If you love a beautiful setting, a great cocktail and easy conversation on a Friday night, this one is for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We will meet at 7pm at Fitz’s Bar inside Kimpton Fitzroy London, 1-8 Russell Square, Bloomsbury, WC1B 5BE, just across from Russell Square station.
Order from the cocktail and bar menu as you wish, whether that is a signature cocktail, a classic favourite or something non-alcoholic. Everyone covers their own drinks.
