Join us for a slow Sunday morning exploring Columbia Road Flower Market — one of London’s most iconic weekend spots, filled with flower stalls, independent shops, and that lovely busy-but-charming East London atmosphere.
After wandering through the market together, we’ll stop at Lily Vanilli Bakery for coffee and pastries — the perfect way to continue the morning.
We also love supporting female-founded businesses where we can, and Lily Vanilli Bakery has become something of an East London institution — founded by Lily Jones, known for her beautifully crafted cakes, pastries, and creative approach to baking. It felt like the perfect stop to end the morning together.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll meet at 10:30am outside The Royal Oak on Columbia Road, before heading into the flower market together.
From there, we’ll spend the morning exploring the stalls, browsing the independent shops, and soaking up the atmosphere at an easy pace.
Around 11:30am, we’ll make our way to Lily Vanilli Bakery for coffee, pastries, and a slower catch-up together.
Please note that Columbia Road can get busy, so we recommend arriving on time if you’d like to join the group from the beginning.
