We’ll start with a gentle stroll through Kyoto Garden, one of London’s most peaceful hidden gems. With its waterfalls, koi carp, and Japanese-inspired landscaping, it’s the perfect setting for relaxed conversation and a moment to slow down together.
From there, we’ll walk over to Los Mochis for lunch — a vibrant Japanese-Mexican restaurant known for its bold flavours and beautifully presented dishes. The pairing feels especially fitting: we begin in Japanese serenity and continue that influence in a completely different way over lunch.
Los Mochis blends the precision and elegance of Japanese cuisine with the colour and spice of Mexico — think sushi with unexpected twists, shareable plates, and a lively atmosphere that makes the whole experience feel celebratory.
Calm to vibrant.
Stillness to flavour.
A day that flows effortlessly.
We’ll meet at 11:00am outside the Holland Park Café entrance on Ilchester Place and wait around 15–20 minutes for everyone to arrive before heading into the park.
We’ll stroll at a relaxed pace through Kyoto Garden and surrounding paths, giving plenty of space for conversation and photos. Please wear comfortable shoes, as we’ll be walking.
At around 12:30pm, we’ll begin walking over to Los Mochis for our 1:00pm lunch reservation. Lunch will be ordered individually from the menu, and everyone will be responsible for their own food and drinks. Our no-show fee policy applies.
Expect fresh air, easy connection, beautiful surroundings, and a lunch that feels special without being overcomplicated.
