Sound Bath at Your Space To B

We’re delighted to be hosting a restorative Sound Bath in collaboration with Your Space to B, a beautiful female-founded wellness space. This intimate session is designed to help you release stress, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself through the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gong, drum, and other healing instruments. With a maximum of just 8 participants, it’s a chance to experience deep relaxation in a cosy, welcoming environment.

WHAT TO EXPECT

During this 60-minute sound bath, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful state while immersed in therapeutic sounds and frequencies. Instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gong, and chimes are played to support relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing.
 
No experience is needed — simply bring yourself, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to carry you into calm. Yoga mats, blankets and eye masks are provided for your comfort.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Sound baths are not suitable for those who:

 

Suffer from sound-induced epilepsy or severe tinnitus
Have a pacemaker
Are extremely sensitive to sound
Are in the first trimester of pregnancy

 

If you have concerns, please consult your doctor before attending. Please note that a sound bath is not a medical treatment and does not replace professional medical or psychological care.
