There’s something wonderfully freeing about swimming outdoors surrounded by nature, and this is the perfect way to start a summer weekend with great company.\nWhether you’re a seasoned open-water swimmer or trying it for the first time, this is a brilliant way to meet like-minded women who enjoy doing something a little different. Some of our best friendships have started with shared adventures just like this one.\nWHAT TO EXPECT\nWe’ll meet at 10am at the Serpentine Lido entrance in Hyde Park (south side of the Serpentine, nearest entrance from Hyde Park Corner). After our morning swim session, we’ll head to the Serpentine Bar & Kitchen for a light lunch or coffees — and you’re welcome to hire sun loungers and enjoy the rest of the afternoon together.\nPlease bring your own swimsuit, towel, and a padlock for the lockers. Your ticket covers the lido entry fee.\n
