If you’re craving a break from the city, join us for a refreshing walk along the Oak Trail in Epping Forest.\nIt’s the perfect way to unwind and get a dose of greenery.\n\nWHAT TO EXPECT​\nThe Epping Forest Oak Trail is a beautiful circular route through ancient woodland, typically around 10km and just under 3 hours — though we’ll keep the pace easy and may shorten the route depending on how the group feels on the day.\nEpping Forest is one of London’s most special green spaces, with a mix of woodland, grassland, and open clearings — it’s the kind of place where you can properly switch off and feel a little removed from the city.\nWe’ll meet outside Theydon Bois Underground Station at 2pm, allowing a 15-minute window for everyone to arrive before setting off together. If you’re running late, you’re very welcome to catch up with us along the trail.\nExpect a relaxed, sociable walk, with the option to stop for a coffee (and something sweet) nearby afterwards.\n
